Terms of Service

These terms cover your BAPC account and your use of bapc.app and the BAPC apps that use the BAPC sign-in ("the Services"). The Services are provided by Bakko Armour LLC, doing business as Bakko Armour Properties Collective ("BAPC", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can use BAPC

You must be at least 13 years old to create a BAPC account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Some apps may set a higher age requirement.

2. Your account

Give accurate information and keep your email address current.
Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Tell us right away at bryan@studios.com if you think someone else has used your account.
One BAPC account can be used to sign in to BAPC apps that support it. Each app may have its own additional terms, which apply when you use that app.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the Services to break the law; to harm, harass or impersonate others; to send spam; to access accounts or data that aren't yours; to interfere with or overload our systems; or to copy, scrape or resell the Services without our written permission.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you put into BAPC apps. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the Services for you. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

5. Paid features

Some apps offer paid plans. Prices, billing and refunds for a paid feature are shown in that app before you buy. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we don't store full card numbers.

6. Changes and availability

We work to keep the Services available but can't promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the app.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.

8. Disclaimers and limits

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, BAPC disclaims all warranties not stated in these terms, and BAPC's total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
